Our mission is to support an environment where medicine, wellness and caring come first. MetricAid was founded with the goal of reducing wait times and improving the work-life balance of the physicians who work tirelessly to uphold a high standard of care.

But what about future physicians? 

For the last few years, we’ve been scheduling multiple Learner groups (commonly known as Residents) from Clerks in their early years, to Postgraduates completing the final stages of their clinical requirements. 

As with all of our clients, we apply the same high standards to Learner schedules with the goal of providing a healthy work-life balance that accommodates their educational requirements. With MetricAid, Learners are able to create their own account, enter preferences and add notes that help us build a schedule that meets their unique needs.  

The great joy of working with Learners is that by creating a schedule that works around their academic commitments, preceptor requirements, and human needs, we can positively impact the future of healthcare. Now more than ever, when burnout rates in the healthcare industry are at an all-time high, we recognize the importance of being there for the physicians who serve our communities.
